Piet-only ventured into entertainment by accident and thanks to Karaoke at Jay’s bar he gained confidence and quite a following. He entered the Savoy karaoke competition and just missed a place in ITV’s “Stars in their eyes”. His version of “Three times a lady” suggests a show biz background with ex pro singer sister called Sue and another sister Marianne who runs F L Dance club. How could he miss?
Dave
Dave is the other half of this act. A multi musician playing drums, keyboards, sax and harmonica too. He started his musical journey at the age of 15 as a drummer with a band called the “Teens” and before meeting Piet he was the lead singer with a six piece band called “Basically Sound. He then met Marianne, Piet’s sister, and you can guess the rest!
